Banya or БАНЯ is a Russian tradition that is very popular and part of the Russian Culture. Americans have similar places like a sauna or steam room but this is nothing compared to the methods and practices that Russians enjoy. For Russians the banya is a cleansing experience, an event to share with friends or family and something they highly recommend.

Unfortunately there are no banya’s in the Orlando area. Locals would be surprised at the idea due to our year round warm temperatures, however there are a few located in the Miami area where the Russian population is greater.
