I need help please. We just brought our 2nd adopted daughter home from Russia and we need to find a Psychiatric doctor here in Florida before her medications run out. She is 9 years old and is exhibiting all of the symptoms of Reactive Attatchment Disorder. We want to find help for our family before she hurts herself or any of us bad enough to need hospitalization. I have her medical record, but it is in Russian as well..please help if you can. We know that she needs professional help and we have spent hours calling different Dr. offices with no one willing to help.
